About the Role

As a waiter/waitress at Taste Mesón, you play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a refined and memorable dining experience. You will provide elegant and attentive service with deep knowledge of our food and wine offerings, always with attention to detail and a personal touch.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant service

• Has strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage – or a strong interest in developing it (WSET or similar certifications are a plus)

• Is service-oriented, discreet, attentive, and a strong communicator

• Handles English comfortably and confidently – knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a great advantage

• Maintains a professional appearance with attention to elegance and presentation

• Thrives under pressure while maintaining grace and efficiency

• Is flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasons.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Presenting menus and offering personalised recommendations

• Serving food and beverages according to fine dining standards

• Building guest rapport and contributing to a refined atmosphere

• Using digital systems for ordering and reservations

• Participating in opening, closing, and quality procedures

• Collaborating closely with the kitchen, bar, and sommelier team
